Tooling

We have our own tool manufacturing and life cycle services. We manufacture molding tools for wide variety of use, ranging from prototype to mass production needs.

We manufacture tools in China in Shenzhen and Dongguan. We can manufacture large number of tools at the same time and our own on-site project management team assures high quality.

We manufacture:

• 1- or multicavity injection mold tools
• Multi-component tools
• LSR tools
• Pressure die cast tools
• Jigs
• Cutter tools
• Tool inserts
• Other tools

Tools are made from different tooling steel  grades and equipped with industry standard mold components. We can produce tool surfaces according to customer needs with standard finishes, such as VDI, SPI, etched surfaces or more advanced surfaces.

We can help our customers with design support to tune the design for optimal manufacturability.

Tools are tested at test molding facility prior delivery.  Our Turku factory offers tool maintenance, modification and repair services.
